Changing careers from a self-employed Business Consultant/Speaker and On-Site Business Coach to Project Manager for an energetic and successful interior designer required very little adjustment for Elle.  Her knowledge of business was evident; her ability to oversee intricate details on a complex interior design project has become invaluable.  Working closely with Lori for over 13 years, she is the personification of “associate”.   On call 24-7, Elle’s practical experience has heightened her insight into the design and construction business, important elements in carrying out the wide range of specialized services Lori Carroll & Associates is known for.

Elle works strictly in the field coordinating the execution of Lori’s designs. From selecting, hiring and managing sub-contractors to keeping clients apprised of a projects development, you will find her at the job-site, making sure everything is completed on time and within budget. Through scorching desert heat and torrential monsoon rains, Elle is there to ensure each client’s experience exceeds their expectations.
