Principal Designer

For more than four decades, Lori Carroll has been at the forefront of luxury interior design, recognized for her ability to create sophisticated yet livable spaces that inspire. As Principal Designer of Lori Carroll & Associates, she leads with vision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence that has established her as one of the region’s most respected and sought-after designers. Her approachable style, boundless energy, and signature design aesthetic have made her work instantly recognizable and widely celebrated.

A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Lori’s refined approach transcends Southwestern stereotypes, blending artistry, comfort, and innovation into interiors that stand the test of time. Her portfolio spans award-winning residential and commercial projects, where she collaborates closely with clients, architects, and builders to transform ideas into environments that are both beautiful and functional.
Lori is NCIDQ certified and a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), in addition to being a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). Her award-winning designs have been featured in national and regional publications, and her leadership continues to shape the design community through mentorship and advocacy.

From the moment he joined the team in 2000, Alex brought an exceptional combination of talent, curiosity, and dedication that helped bring creative visions to life. His skill as a CAD specialist allowed him to translate ideas into precise plans that guided every project to completion, but it
Though Alex came to interior design with little prior experience, he quickly became an essential part of the studio’s creative energy. His work reflected not just technical excellence, but a deep care for the spaces he helped shape and the people he worked alongside.
Alex will be remembered for his quiet brilliance, his unwavering professionalism, and the kindness he shared with everyone around him. His legacy continues in the work he touched and the lives he enriched.

In Memory of

Lawrence “Larry” Wiebers

(1942–2025)

Larry Wiebers built a life defined by hard work, integrity, and a quiet confidence that carried him through a remarkable career. Born in Denison, Iowa, he spent 24 years leading Builders Lumber & Supply in Western Iowa, which he grew to include ready-mix concrete, sand and gravel, manufactured homes, and steel building construction. In 1980, he moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he established Old Pueblo Remodelers, continuing to share his expertise and dedication to quality with everyone he worked with.
More than his professional achievements, Larry will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Generous with his time, wise in his counsel, and deeply committed to his family, he touched countless lives with his warmth, guidance, and unwavering integrity. His legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the lives he shaped, and the love he shared with all who knew him.

Laurie Colburn

Accounting & Operations

Behind every successful design project is a foundation of accuracy and organization, and Laurie Colburn has provided that expertise to Lori Carroll & Associates since 1999. With a career spanning operations management and independent bookkeeping, Laurie brings decades of financial and business knowledge to the studio. Her background includes serving as Operations Manager for a local supply company and running her own bookkeeping business, where she supported a diverse range of small business owners in achieving long-term success.
At LCA, Laurie oversees accounting and operational procedures, ensuring that each financial transaction is handled with precision and timeliness. From the start of a contract through final completion, she carefully monitors budgets, reviews details, and supports the design team in maintaining efficiency and accuracy at every stage. Known for her reliability and depth of experience, Laurie plays a vital role in helping projects run smoothly while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

Josh Heros

Interior Designer

Josh Heros has been part of Lori Carroll & Associates since 2018, beginning as a high school intern and steadily growing into his current role as Interior Designer. His journey through marketing, pricing, award submissions, and design has given him a unique understanding of many facets of the business. Today, Josh manages projects from concept to completion – designing, pricing, and coordinating details to ensure every client’s vision is realized.
Specializing in customer service and space planning, Josh brings both creativity and technical expertise to his work. He is proficient in programs such as AutoCAD and Revit and thrives on exploring how products are made through factory and showroom tours. Among his career highlights are contributing to the University of Arizona Golf Facility project, where the Champions Room won 2nd place locally for a commercial interior, and collaborating with long-standing LCA clients on repeat projects.

Karen Hamill

Administrative Support

Karen Hamill has been a valued member of Lori Carroll & Associates since 2019, bringing with her more than 25 years of executive-level support and customer service experience. With a career built on professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset, she takes pride in providing the highest level of administrative support to both the design team and LCA’s clients. Her role ensures the studio operates efficiently while reflecting the firm’s commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Having traveled extensively throughout her life, Karen developed a broad perspective and an appreciation for diverse cultures before making Tucson her permanent home to be closer to family. Since settling in the Desert Southwest, she has embraced the lifestyle and can often be found enjoying the outdoors. Whether walking or cycling along The Loop—rain or shine – Karen’s energy, dedication, and welcoming personality contribute to both her personal pursuits and her professional role at LCA.

Taylor Peterson

Interior Designer

Taylor Peterson brings creativity, organization, and a client-focused approach to her role at Lori Carroll & Associates. After beginning her career with one of the nation’s largest home builders, she joined LCA to pursue her passion for designing interiors that elevate everyday living. From guiding color selections and coordinating project details to overseeing installations, Taylor enjoys being involved in every phase of the design process and takes pride in creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Idaho, with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Architecture. Her experience spans a wide range of projects, including full-home remodels and institutional work such as the Gregory School Writing Center, where her design created an environment that inspires creativity and self-expression.
Outside the studio, Taylor embraces adventure and balance. She enjoys wine tasting, traveling, baking, and hiking, often accompanied on road trips by her two Australian Shepherds.

Andrea Rodriguez

Interior Designer

Andrea Rodriguez brings over two decades of design expertise to Lori Carroll & Associates, where she specializes in transforming ideas into highly realistic 3D renderings. With a background spanning residential, commercial, and independent design, she creates immersive visuals that help clients confidently envision the layout, scale, and finishes of their future spaces. Her collaborative approach ensures that each project feels both functional and inspiring from concept through completion.
Originally from the Czech Republic, Andrea moved to Arizona in 1993 and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. She later co-founded Mar Designs with her husband, where her work earned multiple ASID Design Excellence Awards, including first place for commercial and historical design. Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and client relations, Andrea continues to elevate LCA’s design presentations with precision and artistry.
Outside of the studio, Andrea is a passionate oil painter and a permanent exhibiting artist at a local gallery. She also enjoys golfing with her husband, focusing on wellness, and supporting her daughters in their athletic pursuits.

Tami Krauss

Administrative Support

Tami Krauss brings over 40 years of leadership experience and a lifelong passion for design to Lori Carroll & Associates. A Chicago native, she was drawn to the Desert Southwest after attending the University of Arizona, where she began her career in retail and resort operations. Early on, she managed the gift shop at Canyon Ranch Health Resort and later helped grow several upscale home décor, fashion, and gift businesses in Tucson.
Before joining Lori Carroll & Associates, Tami spent more than a decade as Design Manager with Pottery Barn and West Elm showrooms, honing her skills in design coordination and client service. At LCA, she supports the Design Team by preparing proposals, sourcing products, developing detailed presentations, and coordinating in-house events. Known for her creativity and attention to detail, Tami ensures every project and client experience is seamless. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy life with their two rescue pups, Wrigley and Joey.

Peggy Warren

Accounting & Operations

Peggy Warren joined Lori Carroll & Associates in 2022, bringing more than four decades of management, accounting, and retail buying experience to the team. With a career marked by precision and leadership, she provides the firm with a wealth of knowledge that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Her expertise ensures that projects and business processes run seamlessly, reflecting LCA’s commitment to professionalism and excellence.
Prior to joining LCA, Peggy spent 23 years overseeing accounting operations and managing buying for the gift shop and boutique at the world-renowned Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort. She also dedicated 16 years to accounting and office management at O’Rielly Chevrolet, where she further honed her skills in organization and financial oversight.
Outside the studio, Peggy enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren and retreating to Arizona’s White Mountains, where she can often be found hiking, fishing, and relaxing in the beauty of nature.

Nicole Helin

Project Manager

Nicole Helin joined Lori Carroll & Associates in 2022, bringing her interior design background and project management expertise to the team. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University, she plays a key role in translating creative concepts into reality – balancing construction logistics with the design team’s vision to ensure seamless project execution. Nicole’s responsibilities range from coordinating with vendors and conducting site visits to overseeing projects of all scales, from intimate powder rooms and estate kitchens to expansive commercial environments including lobbies, lounges, and conference spaces.
Born and raised in Tucson, Nicole is passionate about creating interiors that evoke comfort, inspiration, and joy. Her design philosophy is centered on crafting spaces that motivate and uplift those who experience them. Outside of work, she shares her love of volleyball as a coach for local club teams and enjoys riding horses, a lifelong hobby that keeps her connected to the outdoors.

Jennifer Osborne

Interior Designer

With more than 14 years of experience in interior design and architecture, Jennifer Osborne brings a well-rounded blend of creative vision and technical expertise to Lori Carroll & Associates. She began her career in Southern California, where she contributed to a wide variety of projects ranging from commercial office buildings and retail spaces to hospitality, multi-family housing, medical offices, residential environments, and educational facilities.
Detail-oriented and dedicated to servant leadership, Jennifer thrives on collaboration and team spirit. She works closely with clients throughout every stage of the design process, ensuring each project is delivered with precision, creativity, and a personalized touch. In addition to her design work, Jennifer is a proficient Revit user who enjoys mentoring and training colleagues, sharing her technical knowledge to support professional growth within the team.
Outside the studio, Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found practicing yoga, hiking, or snowboarding, and cherishes time spent with her Maltese, Aspen.

Sarah Redmon

Bookkeeper

Sarah Redmon brings years of bookkeeping experience to Lori Carroll & Associates, where she plays an important role in supporting both the financial and design sides of the studio. She manages billing for vendors and clients and assists the design team with pricing, helping ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her positive energy and collaborative spirit, Sarah is always eager to learn and contribute wherever needed.

She appreciates the rhythm and organization that bookkeeping brings and takes pride in being part of a creative, team-driven environment.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, along with their two dogs. Much of her free time is dedicated to family activities, attending and watching sports, and staying active at the gym.

Becky Tulve

Administrative & Accounting Support

With more than 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative support, Becky Tulve brings invaluable expertise to Lori Carroll & Associates. Born and raised in Tucson, she has built her career across design and construction-related businesses throughout Southern Arizona, including roles with Home Depot, Arizona Commercial Lighting, and Civano Nursery. Her deep knowledge and meticulous attention to detail ensure that LCA’s operations – from pricing products to billing clients – are handled with accuracy and care.
At LCA, Becky plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of the studio, supporting both the design team and clients with her organizational skills and commitment to excellence. Known for her reliability and dedication, she helps ensure that the many facets of the firm run seamlessly behind the scenes.
